If you have received the wrong order or your items are faulty, we'll arrange for your item to be collected for return. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. The ShoptoGive Team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in the form below so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.

• Fill in the Return Form below, providing as much detail as possible about your garments
• Send back the unworn garments in their original packaging. 
• We'll provide a full refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. 

We endeavour to provide as much information prior to ordering your item including size guides, colour images and item descriptions. If you are unsure about anything before ordering you can contact our team to get more information. As these items are customised, regretfully we cannot accept the return of customised items. 

We know that sometimes you can change your mind. You can cancel all or part of your order within 24 hours of it being placed.

To cancel your order by emailing orders@shoptogive.co.uk or calling 0151-705 0709. When your order is cancelled you will receive an email notification to confirm.

If you’re not in when we try to deliver, the courier we use will leave your parcel in a safe place. Or if they are unable to leave your parcel in a safe place. Delivery will be reattempted three times before the parcel is returned.

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. However, the following exceptions apply:

If an item isn’t available just yet: If part of your order isn’t yet in stock, we will dispatch those items once they become available. We’ll let you know once these items are out for delivery. 
If an item becomes delayed: We aim to deliver all your items by the date we said we would, however sometimes items do become delayed. In this case we’ll let you know when you can expect the items to be delivered by
