After your order has been placed you’ll receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email, which will include details of all the items you have ordered.

If you’ve not received the order confirmation after 1 hour, check your junk folder to ensure it hasn’t filtered into there.

Still not able to see details of your order? Don’t worry, get in touch and a member of the Shoptogive team and we will be happy to check your order for you. 

ShoptoGive aims to have orders printed and delivered within 10 working days. Please note, our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering items for an event. 

We know that sometimes you can change your mind. You can cancel all or part of your order within 24 hours of it being placed.

To cancel your order by emailing orders@shoptogive.co.uk or calling 0151-705 0709. When your order is cancelled you will receive an email notification to confirm.

If you’re not in when we try to deliver, the courier we use will leave your parcel in a safe place. Or if they are unable to leave your parcel in a safe place. Delivery will be reattempted three times before the parcel is returned.

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. However, the following exceptions apply:

If an item isn’t available just yet: If part of your order isn’t yet in stock, we will dispatch those items once they become available. We’ll let you know once these items are out for delivery. 
If an item becomes delayed: We aim to deliver all your items by the date we said we would, however sometimes items do become delayed. In this case we’ll let you know when you can expect the items to be delivered by
