For orders up to £29.99 the delivery cost is £3.99. For orders between £30.00 and £74.99, delivery is £5.99. For orders £75.00 or more, delivery is free. 

After an order has been placed the customer will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email, which will include details of all the items ordered.

If an order has not been received check the confirmation after 1 hour, customers should check their junk folder to ensure it hasn’t filtered into there.

ShoptoGive aims to have orders printed and delivered within 10 working days. Please note, our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays. Please bear this in mind if ordering items for an event. 

We know that sometimes a customer can change their mind. A customer can cancel all or part of their order within 24 hours of it being placed.

To cancel an order email orders@shoptogive.co.uk or calling 0151-705 0709. When an order is cancelled the customer will receive an email notification to confirm.

If the customer is not in when we try to deliver, the courier we use will leave the parcel to a safe place. Or if they are unable to leave the parcel in a safe place. Delivery will be reattempted three times before the parcel is returned.

In most cases the whole order will be delivered at the same time. However, the following exceptions apply:

If an item isn’t available just yet: If part of the order isn’t yet in stock, we will dispatch those items once they become available. We’ll let the customer know once these items are out for delivery. 
If an item becomes delayed: We aim to deliver all items by the date we said we would, however sometimes items do become delayed. In this case we’ll let the customer know when they can expect the items to be delivered by.
