If the wrong order is received or items are faulty, we'll arrange for the item to be collected for return. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. The ShoptoGive Team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in the form below so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.

• Customers can fill in a return form, providing as much detail as possible about the garments
• Send back the unworn garments in their original packaging. 
• We'll provide a full refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. 

We endeavour to provide as much information prior to ordering every item including size guides, colour images and item descriptions. If a customer is unsure about anything before ordering they can contact our team to get more information. As these items are customised, regretfully we cannot accept the return of customised items. 

We know that sometimes people change their mind. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed.

To cancel an order email orders@shoptogive.co.uk or call 0151-705 0709. When an order is cancelled an email notification will be sent to confirm.

If the customer is not in when we try to deliver, the courier we use will leave your parcel in a safe place. Or if they are unable to leave your parcel in a safe place. Delivery will be reattempted three times before the parcel is returned.

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. However, the following exceptions apply:

If an item isn’t available just yet: If part of the order isn’t yet in stock, we will dispatch those items once they become available. We’ll let the customer know once these items are out for delivery. 
If an item becomes delayed: We aim to deliver all items by the date we said we would, however sometimes items do become delayed. In this case we’ll let you know when you can expect the items to be delivered by.
